Bonehead Malan's Basin Gondola Plan Circa 1907

Note the "tram" going up Malan's Peak... AND the giant reservoir in Malan's basin. The current boneheads are completely "missing the boat," by leaving out the "lake" in the 2007 bonehead scheme version (er, "vision,") we think.

Ogden City has never had a shortage of boneheads.
