New Office Building in Downtown Ogden
SALT LAKE CITY — Property Reserve, Inc. (PRI), the real estate investment arm of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, has announced plans to construct a new office building in downtown Ogden, Utah.
The new building will be located at 22nd Street and Washington Boulevard, adjacent to the Treehouse Children’s Museum now under construction.
Plans call for a four-story, class-A office building totaling 75,000 square feet, with underground parking and ground-floor space for retailers. Construction is projected to begin in 2006.
This new mixed-use facility is being designed by MHTN Architects. Extensive landscaping of the building site will enhance the beauty of downtown Ogden.
“This new office and retail facility will complement Ogden City’s redevelopment efforts,” said Brian Carrington, PRI vice president.
“We are encouraged by the added vibrancy we see in this historic district and look forward to being a part of the renewal of downtown Ogden,” added Carrington.
Zion’s Securities Corporation (ZSC), a real estate management company affiliated with the Church, will manage and lease the building. For leasing information, please contact Gary Chaston at ZSC at 801-321-8700.
