The Fast Horses Cross the Finish Line

I've planted a friend of mine with a cell-phone in the city council chambers tonight, to update today's votes in the city council race, the minute they come out of the counting room, and are posted on the grease-paint tally board in the city council chamber.

Keep in mind this is all experimental. I do think, though, that I can beat the major media at its own game...if it all plays out properly.
