This dipshit is becoming a more frequent pest.
Unfortunately because of the tricky manner in which he posts, we can't summarly block his ever changing IP addy.
Thus we'll employ our comments moderation feature from time to time during the 2009 election run-up.
This should not be a big deal.
Clean posts from our regulars (and posters who are playing it straight) will be posted, although with a slight delay, within a minute or two, during those times within which we enable comments moderation.
